Correction standard

A useful correction identifies the page, exact sentence, proposed factual change and a primary source with a date. A screenshot should retain context and exclude private account data.

Do not send

• Passwords, one-time codes or account recovery answers.
• Identity documents, bank statements or full transaction records.
• Crypto seed phrases, private keys or wallet recovery material.
• Information about another person without their permission.
