Compare evidence, not hero banners.
A repeatable framework that prevents a large offer from hiding a failed legal or withdrawal check.
Gate one: legal status
Identify the service category, country and current regulator record. For Australians, online casino games and pokies face a decisive ACMA gate. A candidate that fails this field does not progress to a promotional ranking.
Gate two: counterparty
Record the exact legal entity, current domain, licence number and dispute body. A brand name or footer badge is insufficient. Conflicts remain visible rather than being resolved by guesswork.
Gate three: money
Separate deposits and withdrawals, then record methods, currency conversion, fees, minimums, maximums, pending time, verification and settlement. Payment logos are not data.
Gate four: product
Score search, provider filtering, information-panel access, RTP visibility, mobile clarity and account controls. Game count is useful only when the counting method and current availability are known.
Gate five: promotions
Convert every offer to required turnover and maximum withdrawable value. Include expiry, contribution, maximum stake and excluded games. Unverified values receive no score.
Publish the gaps
A comparison table should contain dates and sources. Empty cells are not weaknesses in the review; they are evidence about the product. Never fill them with averages from another brand.
The best candidate is the one that survives the same questions—not the one with the largest unverified number.
